Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Earn With Bryan (earnwithbryan.co), run by Bryan Collins, collects when you request the free microsites video, and what happens to it. Effective: 21 October 2026.
What I collect
When you opt in: your first name, your email address, and your answers to the short survey questions on the sign-up page.
Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the referring page, if your browser shares it.
Sign-up record: the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and your approximate location (city, region, country) as reported by my hosting network. This is kept as a record of your consent to receive email.
Where it is stored
Email delivery: your name, email address, and (where supported) your survey answers and traffic source are sent to AWeber, the email service I use to deliver the video link and follow-up emails.
Owned backup: every sign-up is also saved in a private database (SQLite) on the server that runs this site. It is a backup of the list so that subscribers are not lost if the email provider account ever has a problem. It is not public and is only accessible to me.
Recent sign-up notices
The sign-up page may show a short notice such as “Mike from Tulsa, OK just requested the video”. These notices use only real sign-ups from the previous 7 days and show only a first name and approximate city/region — never an email address or surname. They are never invented. To have your entry removed, contact me using the details below.
How it is used
To send you the video link and related emails about building websites for clients and making money online, which may include affiliate recommendations.
To understand which traffic sources and survey answers lead to engaged readers, so I can send more relevant emails.
I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except the email provider named above and the hosting services needed to run this site.
Cookies and third parties
The sign-up page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots; Cloudflare may process technical data about your browser to do this. The video page may embed a video from a third-party host (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia or HeyGen), which may set its own cookies. Your browser’s session storage is used to remember campaign tags, whether you have already signed up during this visit, and the video page’s timer.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also ask me to see, correct, or delete everything I hold about you — in the email provider and in the backup database — by writing to the contact details below.
